UV-A LED Lamp

UV-A light emits waves of 365 nanometers, making it ideal and unique for attracting insects, which are photosensitive to this type of light. This is not visible to the human eye, but is very attractive to most flies and others.

LED is much more economical when it comes to energy, as it has a low consumption rate and a longer lifespan, allowing you to save money on trap maintenance. Furthermore, it is ecological, makes it easier to dispose of and does not pollute the environment.

Frequently asked questions

  • How to install the lamps?

Fit the bulb into the trap socket and turn it until you hear a click.

  • Usage recommendations

Replacement is necessary, even if the lamp is apparently working normally, because even if it is lit, the wear of the phosphor layer inside the lamp can reduce the attractiveness to insects by up to 50%.

  • When to replace the bulbs?

Replace UV-A LED Bulbs and PETG (bulb protector) every 24 months or 18,000 hours of use.
